​          Where it all began...

The Frame Shop began in a home garage as a hobby of the late Jack and Kay McLaughlin.  Since that time, The Frame Shop has grown in 3 locations with the current showroom at 339 North Columbus Street in Lancaster. Their Daughter and Son-in-law Cindy & Steve Smith own and operate the shop carrying on the family tradition of quality work.

 

Residential and corporate framing has been their main focus of business since 1975. The family has framed for at least 3 U.S Presidents, a U.S Attorney General and several film companies.  Cindy has a B.F.A. in Interior Design from The Columbus College of Art and Design. Additionally, Cindy maintains membership with the Professional Association with the Art & Framing Council, PPFA, NAMTA.
